Last Thursday a group of volunteers from Melbourne, FL, partnered with MissionLab here in New Orleans, worked with us on the garden site. From re-organizing our tools and garden storage to weeding the future kids garden these folks worked with joy and laughter. Prior to seemingly monsoon rains a little sunflower and her nurturer visited us on site to observe the beginnings of a productive garden space. We are so thankful to have had guest in the garden!
