We've been amending our garden beds on Marais! Below you'll see a picture of the 'Elan crew amending the existing soil with coffee chaff and compost. The chaff was donated to us by the folks at Dupuy Storage in the Marigny. It serves as a source of nitrogen as well as assists in loosening the texture of our heavy clay soil.
